| A graduate of Purdue University, James is well versed in management of
information systems and finance. He brings extensive knowledge in areas of
customer service, data analysis, flow management, operations
management and mortgage analysis.
James is also proud to state that he is a graduate of Dale Carnegie's Human
Relations Course; an alumni of Phi Delta Theta; husband to Kim Pham &
father to Jai Phuoc.
