In March of 2006, I needed to sell my home to move to Los Angeles.  It was important to get as much for my home as possible, because Los
Angeles, prices are much higher.

My 1st mistake was to pay $6,100.00 to BuyOwner.com for a year of internet pictures and "customer qualifying"for a year.

After 4 months and no referrals, I decided to list with a major firm. In 6 months with Century 21, I got one open house and 3 agent/client visits(showings). This would leave me able to recoup some of the money given away in price reductions.  My agent Judi Rodimel, who has many years of experience on her own, came with the agency owners to decide on major and minor changes that were in my option to help the sale and decide on the proper areas and methods of advertising; some of which are unique to their agency.

In 2 weeks, before any changes to the home could be made, I had a Full Price qualified buyer.
