loyal customer. To take advantage of this special offer, you must be working with one of our agents exclusively. If you have already viewed the property with an agent from another company, we cannot honor this offer. This offer does not apply to limited agency transactions, where we represent both the buyer and the seller in the sale. The reason for this is, the buyer will already be saving thousands of dollars by using our BUYER DIRECT program.
Example:
If you purchase a home using the services of one of our agents(which costs you nothing), this is how our plan works:
Buyers will receive 1/4 a percent of the purchase price back at closing!
If the home you are buying is $100,000.00, you will receive $250.00 back at the closing!
If the home you are buying is $200,000, you will receive $500.00 back at the closing!
*The maximum amount given for a buyers' rebate is $750.00
If you purchase a HomeAdvantage listing BUYER DIRECT , which means you utilize the services of the HomeAdvantage agent who listed the home, you will be paying less for the home. Basically, whether you choose to buy another company's listing using one of our agents and get money back, or you buy one of our own listings listings BUYER DIRECT , you still save lots of money!

Most builders in our area build the Realtors' commission into the price of the home. It doesn't matter if you use the services of a Realtor, or not...the price of the home is still the same. If you don't use a Realtor, the builder then keeps the profit that he/she would have had to pay a Realtor in commission. With our New Construction 1/4% Back program, we give you 1/4 % of the purchase price of any new construction home back at closing, just for using our HomeAdvantage professional Real Estate services!
